Mulder get`s involved in a deep undercover operation, even Scully doesn`t know what he are doing. A terrorist organization is developing biotoxin in USA. His true identity is revealed, and he almost gets executed. But a guy inside the organization saves him. The ending of the episode is that it may be the US government that is developing the biotoxin.
